Since both triangles are similar, the ratio between their sides remains constant.

Thereby,

$\begin{gathered} (x)/(27)=(22)/(18)\rightarrow x=27\cdot(22)/(18) \\ \Rightarrow x=33 \end{gathered}$

We get that x = 33
