Most people know the Social Security program will not be able to survive many more years and the recipent age will probably have to be raised.  The elderly complain of the ever increasing cost rising without a balancing cost-of-living increase in the benefits.  The highest concern is that Social Security will become insolvent with many more receiving the benefits than there are paying into the pool for distribution.
