You have to do the percent over 100 since it is a percent.
The equation should be percent/100=is/of.
percent:18 18/100
is:81 81/x
The equation is 18/100=81/x.
CROSS MULTIPLY to get 8100=18x.
Divide both sides by 18 to get 450.
