What you would need to do is times 5 by 2 to get 10. Then take the 2 from the A coordinate and subtract it to get 8. Also with -1 you would need to time that by 2 to get -2. After that you would take the -3 from the A coordinate and subtract that from -2. Which will get you 1. So the answer is (8,1).
