Field lines point out from one end of an object and loop around to enter the other end of the object. Which statement best describes the object?

there's no statements to choose from that I can see. But, it looks like the question is about magnetic fields, such as that surrounding a magnetised ferromagnetic iron object. Overall, in such fields, the field lines are formed into closed loops (think of the magnetic field around a wire carrying an electric current - closed circular loops with the wire at the centre). This is in distinction to the case of an electrostatic field, and a gravitational field.
