We have the next information

m=1500 kg

u=15 m/s

v= 29 m/s

t=14 s

First we need to find the acceleration

a=(v-u)/(t)

where a is the acceleration, u is the initial velocity, v is the final velocity and t is the time. We substitute the values

a=(29-15)/(14)=1m/s^2

Then we use the second Law of Newton

F=ma

where F is the force, m is the mass and a is the acceleration.

F=1500(1)=1500\text{ N}
