The answer is D. The Massachusetts Bay Company was created or formed in order for the Puritans to forget their beliefs about the Anglican Church. Under King Charles I's reign, the Puritans felt that there is a need for them to leave England before the country was punished by God for their practices that were against their religion. This company was founded by the rich Puritans and immediately migrated the Puritans to the American colonies which are now their new home.
