No, this is not a triangle. It does not follow the Pythagorean Theorem. The formula is A(squared- A*A) plus B(squared B*B)= C (squared C*C). 6*6+8*8=84. 84 does not equal 100, therefor it is not a right triangle.

Yes this is indeed a right angle triangle.
pythagorus' theorum states a×a + b×b = h×h
basically the sum of the square of the other two sides = the square of the hypotenuse
opposite- 6×6 = 36
adjacent -8×8 =64
Hypotenuse- 10 ×10=100
36 + 64 =100
