Would an object take longer to fall than the other in these circumstances? The two objects have the same mass and initial velocity, but the first object is physically larger than the second one? Could you explain why?

No they are falling the same distance and the weight doesn't matter. Neither does the mass and matter. It just depends on the height in which they are falling at the same amount of time.
