If the shirt is $8.95 and the sandwich is $7.25 then the books are $6.09 each which means they are $13.08 together.

Hello!
I subtracted the shirt cost, 8.95 and the sandwich cost, 7.25 by the amount spent, 30.00. I got $13.8 I divided that by 2 because there was 2 books cost and got $6.9. So each book costs $6.9
I hope this helps!
