The triangle has a base of 7 so 1/2 the base is 3.5.
The height = 7.5 (from graphic)
Area of "left triangle" = 3.5*7.5 / 2 = 13.125
The entire triangle area = 2 * 13.125 =
26.25

Triangle perimeter both legs = 16.6 + base (7) = 23.6
