A dilation is given by:


(x,y)\rightarrow(kx.ky)

where k is the scale factor.

In this case we have:


(2,10)\rightarrow((1)/(2)\cdot2,(1)/(2)\cdot10)=(1,5)

Therefore the image is the point:
