If sustained for at least 30 minutes a day, elliptical training is a very efficient form of aerobic exercise. This is also a good cardio exercise before you proceed to routine exercise for core, biceps, triceps improvement. This is also a good substitute for running in a treadmill or outdoors. And a good training for long distance biking.
