1 gal = 3.79 liters.....1 liter = 1000 ml.....so 3.79 liters = (3.79 * 1000) =
3790 ml.

at 5 ml per day = 3790 / 5 = 758 days

Answer: 758

Explanation:

Given : A child requires a 5 ml dose of medicine each day.

Also, 1 gallon = 3.79 liter (1)

1 liter = 1000 milliliters

then 3.79 liters =
3.79*1000=3790 milliliters (2)

Then, from (1) and (2), we have

1 gallon =3790 milliliters

The number of days a gallon of medicine lasts =
(3790\ ml)/(5\ ml)=758

Hence, the number of days a gallon of medicine lasts=758
