Is the DNA of the new plant grown from a flower's seeds the same as the DNA of the parent plant? Could you explain this to me please.

It depends on the type of plant. It the plant is asexual, it produces offspring without a mate and then its offspring has DNA that is identical to it's own. However, if the plant produces sexually, the offspring's DNA will be a combination of the the both parent's DNA.
