There is a 50% chance of thunderstorms on Monday, a 50% chance on Tuesday and a 50% chance on Wednesday. Assume these are independent events. What is the probability that there will be thunderstorms on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday? Show your work

well... if it is a 50/50 chance on getting a thunderstorm on monday, tuesday , and Wednesday i think it may be possible that on tuesday there is a 50/50 chance that there is going to be a thunderstrom and Monday, Wednesday is a no way thunderstrom

50%=1/2 probability of rain on monday =1/2 tuesday =1/2 and wednesday =1/2
they all are independent event means they are not dependent and will not affect each other

lets multiply them
1/2*1/2*1/2=1/8
