Angle formed at the top is given by


(2x+2)\textdegree

Angle formed at the bottom is given by


(3x-52)\textdegree

Since these two lines are intersecting , and these angles that are formed are vertically opposite to each other.

As we know that "Vertically opposite angles are equal to each other":


2x+2=3x-52\\\\2+52=3x-2x\\\\54=x

Hence, the value of x is 54.

2x + 2 = 3x - 52
3x - 2x = 2 + 52
