1. Reach out to people when your feeling down
2. Take care of yourself, do something that makes you happy
3. Take the time to exercise even if you dont feel like it, even if its for ten minutes.
4. Instead of cutting/burning anything else try doing a puzzle or use your 5 senses and explore.
5. challenge your negative thoughts. Evaluate them. See if what your thinking is really true.
6. Keep a journal to put all your thoughts and feeling in there.
7. Try watching something funny, or a show you like.

These are most of the coping skill I learned. Hope this helps!
