m∠b=4v+2
m∠b=5v-9

4v+2=5v-9
2=v-9
v=11

m∠b=4(11)+2
m∠b=44+2
m∠b=46

∠b and ∠q are congruent

they both equal c.46

Here, Angle b would be same for the triangle.
So, Calculate for the constant v,

4v + 2 = 5v - 9
5v - 4v = 2 + 9
v = 11

Now, angle B = 4(11) + 2 = 44 + 2 = 46
& also, 5(11) - 9 = 55 - 9 = 46

In short, Your Answer would be Option C
