The given ratio is:

• The given points are ,C(6, -5) and D (-3, 4).

Using the section formula, the coordinate of P is:


\begin{gathered} P=((1(-3)+3(6))/(1+3),(1(4)+3(-5))/(1+3)) \\ P=((-3+18)/(4),(4-15)/(4)) \\ P=((15)/(4),(-11)/(4)) \end{gathered}

Therefore the coordiantes of P


P=((15)/(4),(-11)/(4))
