basically you want the remaning meauremnet to be mL and in the numerator so that you get a whole number. It asks you for 3 tbsp so 1 tbsp doesn't make sense and if you have a (tbsp x a tbsp)/mL you get tbsp^2 / mL so it wouldn't work
