$31.25, I took 220.28 subtracted 126.53, then with the number I got I divided it by three and got 31.25.

lets x is the labor charges per hour
3x + 126.53 = 220.28

3x = 220.28 - 126.53
3x = 93.75
x = 93.75 / 3
x = 31.25

answer: $31.25 per hour charged for labor
