I consider it to be a fruit because it has seeds. But as Hannah said, it can be debatable. Some might consider it a vegetable and some might consider it as a fruit. But for me, I consider it as a fruit.

The tomato is definitely a fruit. It is a debatable subject though. Most people would argue that if it contains seeds of the plant then it is a fruit. Although some people may disagree to this. I would consider it to be a fruit.
