eliminate y's
mulitply 2nd equation by 2 and add to first
7x-2y=-6
16x+2y=6 +
25x+0y=0
25x=0
x=0
huh
subsitute
8x+y=3
8(0)+y=3
y=3
(x,y)
(0,3) is soltuion
