Water is a very important component of all the living organism, as most of the human cells are made up of approximately 80% of water and the whole human body constitutes 60% of water. It is very important for the survival and for a body to be fit and fine. There are numerous of reasons for which water plays an important role in human body.

Some other functions are as follows.

  • It regulates the temperature of the body
  • It provides a medium for all the biochemical reactions
  • It helps in the absorption of nutrients.
