just solve it by sending 2/3 to other side !!

as;

-1/3 =x +2/3
x= -1/3-2/3
x=-3/3

so the value of X= (-1)

-1/3=x + 2/3
Subtract 2/3 from both sides
Final Answer: -3/3=x or -1=x *Both answers are equivalent to each other.
