In the united states every person is free and has the right to submit petitions to their representatives for something they think should be changed or kept.

C.They can lobby government officials

All americans have the right to lobbying their representatives, which is put pressure on members of the legislature to pass a legislation.

D.They can protest government actions

In the united states of america, all men have the right to gather in public and freedom of speech, protestin government actions is one of the most basic thing we can do to let our voice be heard.
