The correct solution to #23 is r is greater than or equal to 2. I got my answer by dividing r/5 on both sides of the inequality.

r/5 <= 2/5 2 5
------- --------- ------- * -------- = 10/5 = 2! (Remember to
r/5 r/5 5 1 multiply by the
reciprocal
when dividing
fractions. )



On the left side of the inequality, you should end up with r <=
On the right side of the inequality, you should end up with 2.

So the final answer is r <= 2.

I don't know how the student could have possibly made a mistake, but I am going to keep trying to figure it out :)
