Sphere SA= 4*pi r^{2}

r= 3.5

pi =3.14

Sphere SA= 4*3.14*12.25

Sphere SA= 153.86

Answer:
153.86\ cm^2

Explanation:

The surface area of a sphere is given by :-

\text{Surface area }=4\pi r^2

Given: Diameter of sphere = 7 cm

then radius of sphere =
(7)/(2)=3.5\ cm

Therefore, the surface area of the given sphere will be :-

\text{Surface area }=4(3.14) (3.5)^2\\\\\Rightarrow \text{Surface area }=153.86

Hence, the surface area of the sphere =
153.86\ cm^2
