Sounds can inspire the mind to create something new. It can effect what the mind receptors do to your mind to soothe it, like rain pounding or birds chirping. Noise can give you a vivid picture on what you are doing and boosts your productivity. Sound can tell a story. It can give you a books worth of conflict and resolution. In total, sound or music helps soothe the mind, and yourself in general.
