For example, you could post that a side stitch, a sharp pain under the ribs, can cause conflict while running. The best way to relieve it is to stretch the cramping muscle. Extending one's arms overhead and taking deep breaths can help relax the muscle.

Stiff muscles during weight training most likely means that you didn't stretch post work out!
