Answer:

The numbers are already in order, least to greatest. –11 is much less than 12 and 13 IF the signs on these numbers are correct.

The absolute values will be in the same order 11,12,13 as the signs on the numbers make no difference when considering absolute values..

Explanation:

If we had negative signs on –12 and –13, the order for part a would be reversed. –13 is less than –12 and –11
