Hi, it is well simples!

Look :

a = Delta(y)/Delta(x)

Where,

Delta(y) = yf - yi

Delta(x) = xf - xi
_______________

As yi = 4 and yf = 1

And

xi = -3 and xf = 2

Then,

a = (1-4)/(2-(-3))

a = (-3)/(2+3)

a = -3/5
