Which pair of elements below have a +3 ionic change?

N and P
Al and Ga
Sc and Y
I tried my best to understand what it is asking, but I'm pretty sure both Sc and Y, and Al and Ga have a +3 charge individually (so.....+6 overall?) and N and P have a -3 charge individually. I don't understand what this is asking, please help? I'd like to understand this question.

Al and Ga are in the group that has a +3 ionic charge. Y and Sc are actually in part of the transition metals, so they show variable oxidation states.
