The melting point of Rhenium (Re) is 5767°F, the melting point of Tungsten (W) is 6192°F, the melting point of Carbon (C) is 6422°F. So both Tungsten and Carbon have a higher melting point than Rhenium.

Answer is: Tungsten (symbol W).

Melting point of rhenium (symbol Re) is 3180°C.

Melting point of rhenium (wolfram) is 3420°C.

Tungsten or wolfram is a chemical element with atomic number 74. It has the highest melting point of all the elements discovered.

The Celsius scale was based on 0°C for the freezing point of water and 100°C for the boiling point of water at 1 atm pressure.
