The answer is B. Remove photosynthesizing plants from the shores along wetlands. Because decreasing the amount of household detergents they use, wouldn't help but a bit. And voting for politicians who support draining sections of wetland for sugar farming, would destroy the wetlands. Last but not least, purchasing foods from local farmers who use large amounts of fertilizers on their fields, would leach poisons and toxins into the wetlands.
