#13 is like #11 just a little more complicated. Factory A produces 45 machines/20 minutes. So 45/20. Then convert 2 hours to minutes to get 120. Proportion would be 45/20 = x/120. Factory B makes 30 machines/15 minutes. Set up the proportion like so 30/15 = x/120. Solve for x.
#14 is yet another proportion. 3 miles/1.5 hours. Set up the proportion to find how many miles in 0.5 hours. 0.5/x = 1.5/3. Do the same thing for 1, 2, 2.5
#17 is all about knowing conversions. There are four quarts in a gallon
