the x has to be times the additional miles value or 0.75
A and C are wrong

1.50+0.75x=10

B is answer

I think it should (B) because $1.50 only count once and the $0.75 is going to count every time so the equation should be 0.75Ă— + 1.5 = 10 should be the answer.
