I believe the answer is: B.F Skinner

According to B.F Skinner, humans is an organism which operate based on the habit that we create. Because of this, learning process could only be made through a stable change alongside with repetitive process that slowly bring us to a more developed condition.

B.F. Skinner defines learning as a stable change in behavior that comes as a result of practice. B.F Skinner was an American psychologist, behaviorist, author, inventor and social philosopher in the 1900’s. He studied how people learn and adapt to situations that they’ve been in before or have practiced over time. The external factors in our environment shape our behavior as we grow and learn over time.
