The correct answers for this question are these:
2 < x < 3
and
−3 < x < -2

As you can see in the given graph, there are two intervals that the line is increasing. Increasing graph is when the line rises from left to right. In the graph, the first increase in graph is -3 < x < -2 and the other one is at the last part 2 < x < 3
