smaller because 3.2 if you add a zero 3.20 20 is greater than 6 hope this helped sorry i cant explain

3.2 is bigger, 3.06 having the two points behind the decimal is a way at looking between numbers more closely.
Example: the numbers between 3.7 and 3.8
3.70, 3.71, 3.72, 3.73, 3.74, 3.75, 3.76, 3.77, 3.78, 3.79, 3.80
