The area of a triangle is calculated by the expression as follows:
Area = bh / 2
where b is the base and h is the height.
We can calculate the hypotenuse as follows:
210 = b(35) / 2
b = 12
hypotenuse = sqrt(35^2 + 12^2)
hypotenuse = 37 in
