The United States played a role in both World Wars.
Its involvement helped give victory to the allies. Due to the large industry,they were able to supply Britain with weapons and other supplies that could help them throughout the war.

if you are talking about ww1 it changed the tide because we supplied our allies with fresh troops and weapons hope that helps
