point slope format:
y - y₁ = m(x - x₁),
where m = slope = 1/2 and point (x₁, y₁) = (6, -3)
y - y₁ = m(x - x₁)
y - 6 = (1/2)(x - -3)
y - 6 = (1/2)(x + 3) Option A.
Hope this helped.
