X^2 - 12x + 35/x^2 - 3x -10

=4^2 - 15x^3 - 10x^2+35 / x^2

( x^(2) -12x+35)/(x^(2)-3x-10) simplifies to

((x-5)(x-7))/((x-5)(x+2))\\ (x-7)/(x+2)
So the most simplified version of
( x^(2) -12x+35)/(x^(2)-3x-10) is
(x-7)/(x+2).
