I think 200 because you will have to multiply the lowest objective (scanning) by the eyepiece which is 20 so 20 times 10 will give you 200.

Total magnification:

Low power

Occuler lens : 20

Objective lens: *10

Total: 200x

For objective lens 40x( in given microscope) the magnification will be 40 multiply by 20 which is 800x.

So the lower magnification of the given microscope will be 200x.
