The number of questions a student misses, y, on an exam is inversely proportional to the number of hours studied, x. Janet misses 10 questions and studied for 2 hours. How many hours should Janet have studied to miss only one question?

Disclaimer: I am not saying this is correct. So chill if i have it all wrong. Thanks.

y = Q/x

10 = Q/2

Q = 20

If we want y = 1, then:

1 = 20/x
x = 20

So she should have studied 20 hours.
