B. Opponents in sports are temporary challengers.
C. Opponents who hold grudges make better competitors.
D. Opponents who keep grudges are engaged in an unhealthy behavior.

They are all true except c.


Opponents who hold grudges are not better competitors. They are letting the game become way too personal and this will cloud their judgement and ability to make rational decisions when playing. It will become a grudge match which is not sportsmanlike.

I'd say c. If anything, your rage will make you irrational, aggressive, and because you're more irrational and aggressive, you're more likely to get flagged or hurt.
