A line that is parallel to the graph of y=1/2x+7 I think it is 1/2. A line that is perpendicular to the graph of y=-2x-3 I think this one is 1/2 as well. Find the x-intercept of the graph of each equation.

I think this one is 1/2 as well. Find the x-intercept of the graph of each equation.
3x+2y=7 2x+3y=7 I got (0,7) for both of them.

Parallel lines have identical slopes, so you are correct.
Perpendicular lines have negative reciprocal slopes.
y = -2x - 3
y =1/2x - 3
You are correct again.
3x+2y=7
2y=-3x+7
y = -3/2x+7
2x+3y=7
3y=-2x+7
y = -2/3x+7
