4x+4y+4z. I was taught to take out what was in each term, in this problem that would be 4: 4(X+y+z). Meaning A) Annie did the problem right :) I hope this helps!

Answer:

Annie

Explanation:

In the expression

4x+4y+4z

All terms have in common the coefficient of 4, so we can take it out (or factor it) from the expression as follows:

4(x+y+z)

and due to the distributive property, in which the 4 must be multiplied by each of the terms within the parenthesis, this is equivalent to the original expression.

Thus, the student who has the right answer is: Annie.
